EmployHer Choice was born from the belief that migrant women deserve better.

We deserve employers who understand our unique circumstances and appreciate the value we bring to the workforce.

We shouldn’t have to choose between our careers and our family responsibilities.

While EmployHer Choice is still in the early stages, we are looking to build out our community base of kick ass migrant women, mainly in our private Facebook Group where you can connect with other migrant women and share the trials and tribulations of daily life with others who just get it. You can also find us on Instagram, where we run polls in our stories to give you the chance to help steer the organisation in the direction you want - because that’s what this is all about, helping you build the career that works for your life.

Our ultimate vision is to support migrant women through three distinct streams:

Managed Return-to-Work Programs

For women returning from a career break interested in joining a mainstream employer, we will partner with organisations to create opportunities for you to ease back into employment while managing your new reality.

Direct Employment

For women looking for work that fits around their families, not the other way around, we will directly employ them and sell consulting services to other organisations.

Home-Based Business Support

For women looking for the ultimate flexibility, we will provide support and education to help you start your own home-based business.
